Pilates - Ballet - PBT -Barre Fit

I'm Maria Luz Perez, Argentinian Pilates instructor & ballet teacher based in Sydney with 10 years as a professional dancer and teacher. I've worked with more than four ballet companies around the world. Currently I love sharing and teaching my passion with all my students. With COVID restrictions, I've started teaching online live classes and we have formed a beautiful community through practise, fun and great experiences in our different disciplines.
